At The SafeMarket & Liberty Safes of Atlanta we believe the secure delivery and installation of your safe is just as important as the quality of the safe itself. Given the weight and complexity of moving a safe, we strongly recommend using our professional delivery services. Our experienced team uses specialized equipment to ensure a safe, stress-free installation while protecting your property.
Pick up your safe directly from our Norcross Warehouse location. While we are happy to assist with loading, you are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped for safe transport. Please note the following before scheduling a pickup:
You’ll be shown the basic operation of your safes mechanism and lock. Our team will then repackage your safe and load it into your truck or trailer.
We deliver the boxed and palletized safe to your driveway or garage, provided there is a level concrete pathway. Please note, the safe will remain boxed and palletized, and mileage fees may apply.
This delivery option is not the one to choose if you want your safe removed from the pallet and placed inside the garage location or home.
In Home Delivery and Installation is our specialty and what sets us apart from the basic standard services offered by Big Box Stores or retailers who carry safes as accessories.
Selection of this option is limited to ground floor access involving 0 to 3 steps within predetermined local zones. Certain stairways, marble/tile/wood floors, or other obstacles may involve additional charges.
This option requires a level, concrete or paved pathway. Safe removal from the pallet and anchoring (if requested and paid for after online checkout) are optional under normal conditions. Customer is responsible for ensuring the pathway, deck, steps, staircase and foundation are adequate to support the weight of the safe, safe transporting equipment and installation crew.
Mileage fees may apply.
This option includes safe delivery and installation involving 4-15 stair steps. Deliveries that involve more than 15 steps total during the delivery will incurr additional fees after checkout.
Before scheduling the installation, we will need to assess your stairs to ensure safe and efficient delivery. Please email photos of your stairs and discuss with our team, we may request additional information to ensure a smooth installation.
In some cases, even the 25 and 35 size safes cannot be delivered due to landing space restrictions, staircase structure, and the spacing required for the safe and stair climbing equipment attached to the safe..
Important:Due to the size and weight of some larger safes, they may not be eligible for upstairs/downstairs delivery. Our team will assess whether your safe can be safely moved to the requested location.

This installation option involves delivering a safe to a floor that is below the main level of the home. The basement / terrace may be partially or wholly underground (subterranean) and is exposed for walkout purposes. Stairs may or may not be required to reach the basement/terrace level of the home.
This level is accessed by crossing outside terrain (irregardless of whether the terrain is paved driveway, gravel pathway, concrete walkway, stepping stones, grass, hard compact dirt, ect.Any delivery requiring access to the residence across terrain that is not paved and level will be considered a Terrace / Basement delivery.
Our delivery team reserves the sole and exclusive right to define a delivery as a basement/terrace level delivery upon receipt of delivery pictures.

Delivery charges and options may vary from pricing online. Property title of the merchandise purchased will transfer to the buyer at the dealer's location.

All customers will be required to provide pictures of the complete delivery pathway before final delivery pricing and a delivery date will be set. Additional charges may apply once the delivery team reviews the complete delivery pathway. DIFFICULT DELIVERIES due to outside terrain, types of stairways, second floor or multiple floor installations, marble/tile/wood floors, etc. may involve additional charges to complete the delivery.
MILEAGE FEES MAY APPLYif out of local area. Add safe to cart and enter your address for the exact delivery cost. Delivery pricing is based on a 25 mile radius of our store in Norcross. A $3 per mile charge will be added from 25-100 miles. A $4per mile charge will be added beyond 100 miles.
