USE OF THIS SITE
This Site and all its Contents are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may download or copy the Contents and other downloadable materials displayed on the Site for your personal use only. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials or software is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying. The content and software on this site may be used only as a shopping resource. RETURN POLICY
Safe purchases are not impulse buys and are well thought out and planned by our buyers. It is therefore highly unusual for a customer to request that a safe be returned. But we do have a policy for returns.
Liberty Safes of Atlanta and The SafeMarket has the following return/exchange policy effective immediately after purchase.
After the completion of any purchase, the customer is subject to a 25% restocking fee on any items they wish to return even if possession has not been taken on the item. Any and all deposits on special order items are non-refundable.
If purchase is financed, in addition to the 25% restocking fee, the customer will assume responsibility of any dealer and administrative fees assessed during the loan process.
No returns will be accepted after your safe has been delivered. No returns on any electrical products. Returned accessory merchandise must be unopened and in original condition.
Merchandise may not be returned without prior approval from your local store manager and the issuance of a Returned Goods Authorization. When returned, goods and their cartons must be in unused, resealable condition. All returns are subject to our inspection and approval. Non-stock, special order items, modified, or cut to size orders are not returnable.
The customer pays all shipping costs on returns. Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Liberty Safe of Atlanta and The SafeMarket and their affiliate stores.
By agreeing to the terms and conditions in this policy, you are acknowledging and accepting this return/restocking policy.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
IN-STOCK AND OUT-OF-STOCK ORDERS In most cases, your safe (or one similar to it) will be in-stock at your local dealership. If the safe is OUT-OF-STOCK, the dealer will add it to their next shipment at no additional fee (special orders are usually shipped within 8-16 weeks under normal market conditions).
CURBSIDE DROP OFF is limited to delivery of safe to curbside of residence or business typically within 25 miles of dealership (after 25 miles, a per mile fee is charged). Safe pallet is not removed during curbside delivery nor is safe unboxed. Safe is not delivered inside building/residence and will be left on curb or in driveway.
IN HOME - MAIN FLOOR installation is limited to typical first-floor access involving 0 to 3 outside steps within predetermined local zones. A flat level concrete or paved pathway is required. Customer is responsible for ensuring the pathway, deck, steps, staircase and foundation is adequate to support the weight of the safe, safe transporting equipment and installation crew. Certain stairways, marble floors, or other obstacles may involve additional charges. Pallet is removed from safe during main floor and stair carry deliveries.
STAIR CARRY - CUSTOM installation Upstairs or Downstairs includes 5-15 additional steps inside the home. Due to size and weight, stair carry is not available on 40 and 50 SIZE MODELS. In some cases, even the 25 and 35 size safes cannot be delivered due to landing space restrictions, staircase structure, and the spacing required for the safe and stair climbing equipment attached to the safe..
TERRACE / BASEMENT installation involves delivering a safe to a floor that is below the main level of the home. The basement / terrace may be partially or wholly underground and is exposed for walkout purposes. Stairs may or may not be required to reach the basement/terrace level of the home. Our delivery team reserves the sole and exclusive right to define a delivery as a basement/terrace level delivery upon receipt of delivery pictures.
Please note all deliveries require pictures. Our team will reach out to you for pictures prior to arranging any delivery. Customer agrees to provide LSA Operations, Liberty Safes of Atlanta and The SafeMarket all necessary information including but not limited to pictures and/or video of the complete delivery pathway.
PLEASE NOTE: DIFFICULT DELIVERIES due to outside terrain, types of stairways, second floor or multiple floor installations, marble/tile/wood floors, etc. may involve additional charges to complete the delivery. We reserve the right to decline installations and or delivery involving risk of personal injury or property damage. Property title of merchandise purchased will transfer to the buyer at the dealer's location. Delivery charges and options may vary from pricing online. If you have any questions regarding delivery requests, please contact us prior to purchase.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
SITE SECURITY

You agree, further, not to use or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent or other device or mechanism (including without limitation browsers, spiders, robots, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search this Site other than the search engine and search agents available from Company on this Site and other than generally available third party web browsers (e.g., Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Explorer).
GENERAL
This Agreement represents the complete agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and representations between them. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable and the other terms of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of Company to act with respect to a breach of this Agreement by you or others does not constitute a waiver and shall not limit Company's rights with respect to such breach or any subsequent breaches. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under Georgia law as such law applies to agreements between Georgia residents entered into and to be performed within Georgia. Any action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement or your use of this Site must be brought in the state or federal courts of Georgia.
USER COMMENTS AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
All comments, feedback, reviews, ratings, mail, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to Liberty Safes of Atlanta and The SafeMarket on or by this Site or otherwise disclosed, submitted or offered in connection with your use of this Site (collectively, the "Comments") shall be and remain Liberty Safe Safes of Atlanta and The SafeMarket property. TERMINATION
These terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or LSA Operations, Liberty Safes of Atlanta and The SafeMarket. You may terminate this Agreement at any time, provided that you discontinue any further use of this Site. Liberty Safes of Atlanta and The SafeMarket also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in Liberty Safes of Atlanta and The Safemarket sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of the Agreement by either you or Liberty Safes of Atlanta and The SafeMarket, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of use or otherwise.
